Debbi Denison | Senior Consultant | Strategic Treasurer 

Bio            

Mrs. Denison is a senior consultant at Strategic Treasurer responsible for leading client projects and relationships across working capital, cash management, liquidity management, treasury technology and risk domains. She is one of the firm’s primary trainers at client and industry events covering a range of executive and operational topics. Debbi is a SWIFT Certified Trainer.
Mrs. Denison brings a wealth of knowledge to clients based upon over two decades of experience in corporate treasury. She has held senior treasury positions with global, multi-national and Fortune 500 corporations. Industry experience includes utility, airline, consumer products and pharmaceuticals. Her leadership experience comprises leveraging technology to proactively identify and implement leading practices with respect to global liquidity, pooling structures, credit card programs and accounts receivable factoring.
She has completed multiple treasury integrations resulting from acquisitions, implemented transition of functions to third party providers, bank fee optimization, cash forecasting development, policy development and audit compliance. She drives value for clients by combining in-depth knowledge of treasury operations with strong leadership and team building skills to ensure a comprehensive analysis, successful implementation and continued delivery of objectives after transition. Debbi received her MBA from Kennesaw State University following a BA in Finance from Georgia State University. She has served on the Board of Directors – Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation (CCFA) – Georgia Chapter, 2011 CCFA Chairman Citation Award Recipient and past officer of The Association for Financial Professionals – Greater Atlanta.

 
About the Presentation            

This presentation will focus on covering some of the most notable findings obtained through Strategic Treasurer’s 2018 industry studies. Topics of analysis range from the challenges associated with cash forecasting and cash positioning to trends and developments occurring within the realm of treasury technology. Discussion will revolve around what makes these data points so significant, and what the implications for practitioners are or will be over the next several years.
